Damaged or Missing Items

 

If you've received a damaged or missing item, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. Simply send us an email at service@willmita.com with a clear description of the issue and, if possible, attach some photos. Our friendly customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Enjoy peace of mind with our one-year limited warranty on all Willmita office chairs purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

 

What’s Not Covered:

 

Unfortunately, this warranty doesn't cover:

 

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations.

Issues resulting from improper assembly, cleaning, or maintenance.

Normal wear and tear, like fading or scratches.

Damage caused by using the chair for something it's not designed for.

Damage from using parts that aren't made by us.

What Happens Next:

 

If your chair has a defect, we'll either repair it or send you a replacement. It's that simple!
