The Good: This is a very comfortable and ergonomic chair that has made my work from home experience much better! The entire chair feels like quality, and it looks classy. Lastly, it's VERY customizable. You can move the height, lumbar support, customize upper or lower back stiffness, and more.
The Bad: The only bad I found which is honestly minimal, is the arm rests are so customizable that sometimes they move when you don't want them to. That being said, they barely move. It hasn't bothered me yet.
If, you work at home from your desk all day like I do, it's SO worth it.

When I received my chair, I thought oh no too many pieces, but I found the chair easy to assemble using the directions and tool supplied by the maker. The chair is large and very comfortable, with easy adjustments for myself and my wife.

I got this chair delivered at noon and by 1pm I had it assembled. Very simple to put together, just make sure where you put the screws in and do NOT over tighten the bolts. It’s been very solid.
This chair is so comfortable. Everyone at my office is envious and will probably be getting themselves one soon. For the first day, I went home without shoulder pains. Big win for the chair. My old chair is out in the trash.
I am a bigger guy, 280#, 6’4”, and this chair is very supportive. It releases air when I sit, and fills back up when I get up, and is so nice to sit on for extended periods of time. I can rest my head. The tilt is great, and the height adjustment is smooth and powerful, even when my full weight is on the chair. It takes up a lot of space but makes my back feel so nice.
I would highly recommend this chair to friends and will definitely be getting one for my home office.

I purchased this chair because I work 10-hour days at a desk, and I needed a chair that would support me. This chair is doing exactly that! First, it was easy to assemble and the quality is great. Once I started using it, I noticed that the chair fully supports my back. Overall, this is a fantastic chair and I would definitely buy it again.

This is a very comfortable chair for long periods of home office/computer work. Best office chair I have had! Lumber support is fantastic, these wheels are quite and move great on floor and I don't worry about scratch marks! Can work hours in this chair with comfort!!! Very impressive to say the least. Would highly recommend! Made well and easily put together took me about 20 minutes with no issues. The shipping box was a bit heavy for one person to get up a couple flights of stairs, but this is not a complaint whatsoever. Highly recommend!
